越南扎肉煎蛋 (Vietnamese Sausage - Giò Lụa Omelette)



扎肉(Giò Lụa)又稱豬肉扎, 是越南特色美食, 今日自家來個簡易的扎肉煎蛋, 配飯一流!

食材 (Ingredients)
越南扎肉 10片 (Vietnamese Sausage 10 pieces)
雞蛋 4隻 (4 Chicken Eggs)

調味料 (Seasonings)
海鹽 適量 (Sea Salt Appropriate)
胡椒粉 適量 (White Pepper Flake Appropriate)

步驟 (Steps)
1扎肉切片
Slice vietnamese sausage to desired thickness


2 將蛋打散及下調味料拌勻
Beat up eggs in a big bowl. Add the seasonings into the egg mixture


3 燒熱油鑊, 放入扎肉煎至金黃, 下蛋液煎熟, 即成越南扎肉煎蛋
Heat up some oil in a frying-pan, add the sliced sausage and shallow fry on each side until golden brown. Pour in the beaten egg and fry on each side till egg is slightly brown. Serve hot and enjoy!
