三文魚(鮭魚)美味又有益, 有助降低壞膽固醇及促進血管健康; 芊如就10分喜歡吃煙三文魚及煎的三文魚, 反而魚生中最不喜歡的卻又是三文魚, 可能是因為質感問題, 像極一塊肥豬肉! 一笑!
食材 (Ingredients)
挪威三文魚 2片 (Norwegian Salmon 2 pcs)
檸檬汁 隨意 (Lemon Juice Appropriate)
醃料 (Marinade)
海鹽 少許 (Sea Salt Appropriate)
胡椒粉 少許 (Pepper Flake Appropriate)
步驟 (Steps)
1 將三文魚洗凈, 用廚房紙印乾水份, 下醃料醃30分鐘
Rinse the salmon and pat dry with kitchen paper. Marinate the salmon with marinade for 30 minutes
2 大火燒熱油鑊, 先煎香魚皮位置約煎2分鐘至金黃色
Heat some oil in a pan using high heat. Add the salmon skin-side down. Pan-fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown
3 煎魚身兩面, 每面約煎1-2分鐘至熟
Then turn the salmon over and fry for a further 1-2 minutes or until cooked through

2 用易潔鑊煎魚可下較少的油, 而且三文魚魚油10足, 不用下太多食用油來煎
