藍象餐廳 (Blue Elephant) 在國際間享負盛名, 除了保留傳統地道的泰國菜外也結合了fusion菜式, 味道好加上名氣足, 價位當然也高, 但仍是客似雲來, 去吃飯記得要預先訂座!
芊如愛下廚, 除了不斷鑽研外亦要持續學習; 得知聖誕假期去泰國, 已經決定要安排泰菜班給自己, 所以事前做了很多資料搜集, 說實在的, 若然google一下, 你會發現曼谷有很多大大少少的烹飪教室, 收費相宜(約THB1000)外評價都很不錯, 而藍象的料理學校, 價位屬偏高, 一堂要THB2800++, 以兌換率4.66計算, 連稅項便要超過HKD600, 但芊如總是覺得要做就要做到最好, 要學當然要去最有名氣的! 所以還是訂了藍象的泰菜班! 哈哈!
藍象每天所教的菜式也不同, 可看看教煮的菜式是否吸引才決定參加那一天, 而報名詳情可點擊這裡, 芊如只有星期一早上才有時間上泰菜班, 所以沒有選擇學煮什麼菜, 只憑日期和時間去報名!
早上課程是由08:45開始至13:00, 流程如下:
08:45 到達及登記
09:00 去市場買菜, 認識泰國香料, 蔬菜及水果
10:00 番回料理學校
10:30 老師示範5道菜, 學生自己煮其中4道
13:00 課程結束
13:15 午飯時間, 學生可在餐廳內品嚐自己烹飪的料理
