之前去泰國旅行, 亦去了藍象學煮泰菜, 有興趣可重溫: 曼谷之旅 2015 ~ 芊如在藍象餐廳學做泰菜 (Blue Elephant) ♥♥♥, 在那兒買了做雞肉沙爹的懶人包, 味道都算10分地道, 不用置太多香料在家也能做出餐廳水準!
去骨雞腿肉 400克 (Boneless Chicken Thigh 300g)
醃料 (Marinade)

竹籤 10支 (10 Bamboo Sticks)

將雞腿肉洗淨, 印乾水份及切成條
Rinse chicken thigh and pat dry. Cut into thin strips
2 將雞腿肉置碗中, 加入醃料醃約30分鐘
Place the chicken thigh in a bowl, add the marinade and marinate for 30 minutes
3 浸泡竹籤
Soak the bamboo sticks
4 用竹籤寸起雞腿肉
Thread chicken strips onto a soaked bamboo sticks
5 將雞肉串用燒烤或煎至熟透
Barbecue or grill until cooked through
7 蘸上泰式沙嗲醬, 即成泰式雞肉沙爹
Serve with Thai peanut sauce. Enjoy!
