開心買到大大隻的金蠔, 其實蜜餞金蠔做法簡單, 只要慢火煎香便可!
食材 (Ingredients)
金蠔 8隻 (8 Chinese Golden Oysters)
生菜 隨意 (Chinese Lettuce)
調味料 (Seasonings)
蜜糖 少許 (Honey)
步驟 (Steps)
1 將金蠔略冲水, 印乾水份, 備用
Wash and dry lettuce, put it on the plate
3 平底鑊放食油及金蠔,用細火煎至兩面金黃,加進蜜糖拌勻上碟,即成蜜餞金蠔
