自家秘制蒜蓉辣椒油 (Home Made Garlic and Chili Oil)



自家弄辣椒油,辣的程度可以自己控制! 而且沒有任何添加劑或防腐劑, 吃得安心又放心!

食材 (Ingredients)
指天椒 600克 (Red Chilli 600g)
蒜蓉 200克 (Garlic 200g)

調味料 (Seasonings)
海鹽 適量 (Sea Salt Appropriate)
白糖 少許 (Sugar Appropriate)
食用油 適量 (Oil Appropriate)

步驟 (Steps)
1 蒜頭去衣剁成蒜蓉
Peel and chop garlic


2 指天椒洗净去蒂剁碎
Rinse red chilli, remove the tops and chop


3 燒熱油轉中小火下蒜蓉及指天椒碎, 放入海鹽及糖, 其間不停用筷子翻炒至出味及蒜蓉轉金黃
Heat the oil in a wok and place on medium low heat. Add garlic and chilli and let them sizzle, add sea salt and sugar, stir frequently until they are dark red and gorgeous


4 待辣椒油稍涼放入無水無油的玻璃瓶內,即成蒜蓉辣椒油
Remove from heat, once cool, transfer to a sterilized glass storage container with a lid. Store in a cool. Enjoy!
